🌟 MEASUREMENT GUIDE — How to Take Your Measurements Correctly

Each costume is fully custom-made to fit your body and support your movements.
To ensure perfect comfort, elegant lines, and full freedom of motion, please follow the instructions carefully.

 

📏 1. What You’ll Need

  • A soft measuring tape

  • A mirror

  • Fitted clothing

  • Someone to help (optional but ideal for accuracy)

2. Essential Measurements

A. Bust

  • Place the tape around the fullest part of your bust.

  • Keep the tape parallel to the floor.

  • Breathe normally — do not inflate your chest.

👉 Note: For aerial or acrobatic movements, a slightly snug fit is recommended.

B. Underbust

  • Measure just below the bust.

  • This ensures proper support in the costume structure.

C. Waist

  • Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.

  • Do not suck in your stomach.

  • The tape should be snug but not tight.

D. Hips

  • Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.

  • Stand sideways in a mirror to check that the tape stays level.

E. Thigh (if your costume includes leg cuts or thigh openings)

  • Measure at the top of your thigh, just under the hip crease.

F. Torso Length

  • From the top of your shoulder → down to where the costume is supposed to end (waist, hip, or crotch depending on model).

G. Full Length (leotard, bodysuit, catsuit, etc.)

  • From the shoulder down to the wrist or ankle.

  • Ideally measured with someone’s assistance.

🎯 3. Tips for Accurate Measurements

  • Maintain a natural posture.

  • Keep the tape flat and parallel to the floor.

  • Take each measurement twice to confirm accuracy.

  • If in doubt between two values, feel free to send both — I will advise.

📸 4. Optional: Send a Photo

You may send a photo of yourself with the measuring tape in place (bust, waist, hips).
This helps verify proportions and ensures a perfect fit.
